Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to all information, including personal data within the meaning of applicable law (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”), which the Limited Liability Company “Yuztech” may receive about the Licensee during the execution of any contracts and agreements.

Agreement with the Policy is carried out by all Licensees who have concluded a license agreement with the Limited Liability Company “Yuztech Professional” for the right to use HR brand service programs by accepting a public offer https://teal-hr.ru/public-offer. It is recommended to print a copy of the Policy and save it. All terms and definitions used in the Policy are described in the public offer.

1. General provisions

1.1. The use of the Programs and the Service means that the Licensee agrees with all the provisions of this Policy. Without the adoption of the Policy, the Licensee has no right to use the Service and Programs.

2.1. 3. The purpose of collecting the licensee’s personal data

3.1. The Licensor collects and stores only those personal data that are necessary to provide full or partial performance under the Agreement or other agreements derived from it with the Licensee, except in cases where the legislation provides for mandatory storage of personal data for a period specified by law.

3.2. The Licensor processes the Licensee’s personal data for the following purposes: processing requests for the purpose of consulting, analyzing actions on the website and the functioning of the site, conducting advertising and newsletters, granting a License, storing necessary materials, including videos, placing orders and payments, invoicing, correspondence, as well as other forms of interaction with the Licensee that are not prohibited by law and the use of information necessary for the purpose of fulfilling Contracts, agreements and related activities to improve Licensor’s software products, protect the interests of both Parties, and ensure compliance

4. Conditions for processing personal information

4.1. The processing of the Licensee’s Personal Information is carried out without time limit, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.

4.2. In relation to the Licensee’s Personal Information, their confidentiality is maintained, except in cases where the Licensee voluntarily provides information about himself for general access to an unlimited number of persons. When using certain functions of the Service or the site https://teal-hr.ru /, https://teal-hr.pro /, The Licensee agrees that a certain part of his personal information becomes publicly available.

4.3. When processing Personal Information, the Licensor is guided by:

5. Changing and deleting personal information. Mandatory data storage

5.1. The Licensee may at any time change (update, supplement) the personal data provided to him or part of it by using the personal data editing function in the Personal Account, or by sending an appropriate request by e-mail specified in section 8 of this Policy.

6. Processing of personal information using cookies

6.1. 7. Measures applied to protect the licensee’s personal information

7.1. The Licensor shall take necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the Licensee’s personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions with it by third parties.

7.2. The Licensor specifically stipulates that the protection of the Licensee’s data is carried out only to a reasonable and prudent extent. The Licensor is not responsible for the violation of the Licensee’s data confidentiality regime, which occurred due to force majeure, illegal actions of third parties, hacker attacks and other circumstances, the Licensor’s guilt in which is absent.
